  1. Add the sesame oil to a skillet and heat until it shimmers
  2. Add carrots to the hot pan and sautee for one minute, allowing sesame oil to coat all
  3. Add sugar and continue sautee
  4. Add sake and soy, reduce to a glaze
  5. Remove to serving dish, top with sesame seeds
