julienne carrots
for ease, just get the pre-cut ones from the grocery

sugar

tablespoon
sesame oil
1
tablespoon
sake
1
tablespoon
soy sauce
1
teaspoon
sesame seeds
Instructions
Add the sesame oil to a skillet and heat until it shimmers
Add carrots to the hot pan and sautee for one minute, allowing sesame oil to coat all
Add sugar and continue sautee
Add sake and soy, reduce to a glaze
Remove to serving dish, top with sesame seeds
